Only one coupon code may be used per booking.
3. Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking.

Late cancellations may attract applicable charges.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
5. Guest Responsibilities

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

The hotel reserves the right to charge for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
6. Occupancy
Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum number of guests stated for each room category. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
7. Safety & Valuables
Guests are advised to use the in-room safety deposit boxes for valuables. The hotel shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings not properly secured.
8. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, excessive noise, or behavior that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in such cases.
9. Events & Hall Bookings
Event and hall bookings may require additional agreements, deposits, and specific cancellation terms depending on the type and size of the event.
